Rewind It Back tells the story of Hallie Hart, who wants to leave her past with Rio DeLuca behind. After a breakup six years ago, she starts an internship with a well-known interior designer in Chicago. This city, also known as the Windy City, is also where Rio lives—her former neighbor boy and first love. Despite her hope to avoid him, Rio becomes her new next-door neighbor, and Hallie is faced with the challenge of renovating his house.
