On the steep slopes of Kujira-yama, the Whale Mountain, lies a vast and beautiful garden called Bell Gardia. Amidst this serene setting stands a phone booth with an unplugged telephone, seemingly carrying voices on the wind. Every year, thousands of people from all over Japan come to this place, seeking solace and connection with lost loved ones by simply picking up the phone and speaking to those who have passed away.
When a violent storm rages across this region, a woman named Yui rushes from afar to Bell Gardia to protect the garden, even at the cost of her own life. Yui is thirty years old, and one date marks a pivotal moment in her life: March 11, 2011, the day the tsunami took the joy out of her life. Yet, something unexpected happens when Yui meets Takeshi in Bell Gardia, and her life takes a new turn. To heal life's wounds, courage, happiness, and a shared place are needed to unfold one's story. Because just when no one expects a miracle anymore, it happens.
