Portuguese in Focus 2 is the second volume in a series of textbooks, structured in four levels, aimed at adolescents and adults who want to learn Portuguese as a foreign language. The book is divided into thematic areas designed to meet learners' communicative needs, according to level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This will help learners not only learn to form grammatically correct sentences but also, and more importantly, to communicate with other speakers using appropriate speech acts in everyday situations, at work, and at school.
