The NOcorn pushed the YES-princess because she was behaving annoyingly. The YES-princess herself also wanted to give the NOcorn a push.
The children's party
Today the YES-princess is celebrating her children's party. Because of the pushing, the NOcorn was not invited; he is, as it were, UNinvited.
A conciliatory gift
The NOcorn wants to make amends and goes grumbling in search of a gift. He doesn't find a suitable present, but he does find new, special friends, such as the Look-DUCK-what-I-can and the Regret-thrush.
Perhaps he can give these new friends to the YES-princess as a gift, although it's questionable whether she will be happy with that.
