Carole hasn't made any plans; she only knows she has fifteen days, the length of her vacation, to convince her father to abandon his project. She must find a way to cancel the planned move after the summer break and their relocation to Josiane, her terrible stepmother. She pins her hopes on the Loire châteaux, where her father has decided to take her and her brother, as a way to achieve this goal.
