As a beginner Swedish teacher, you're often faced with the expectation that you know how to teach grammar. Ideally, you'll have some formal training that includes linguistic knowledge, and ideally, you'll have had an excellent language skills instructor at a university or college. But usually, you have to discover it for yourself. For many, such as volunteers or unqualified teachers without any language teaching training, it can feel like being thrown in at the deep end and having to learn to swim quickly.
