About the author
Ian Goldin was, among other roles, Vice President of the World Bank and CEO of the Development Bank of Southern Africa. He advised President Mandela and worked at the EBRD and the OECD Development Centre. Goldin has received multiple awards, was knighted by France, and was named a Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. He has published more than fifty articles and thirteen books.
