Collins Explore English is a 6-level language course for Cambridge Primary English as a second language. This complete series includes a magazine-style Student’s Resource Book, an extensive Student’s Coursebook, and a supporting Teacher’s Guide. The course is developed for international contexts and emphasizes fun and engagement for young learners.
The Explore English Student’s Resource Books are richly illustrated and include a variety of fictional and non-fiction reading extracts. They encourage language development without writing tasks, which are fully included in the Student’s Coursebook. Together they form a coherent learning package with clear progression within and across levels.
The course follows an integrated skills approach with practical communication goals. Interactive learning is at the heart of it, and the course can be used flexibly, supported by a detailed Teacher’s Guide with step-by-step lesson plans. Audio material is available free of charge to support learning.
This series is officially endorsed by Cambridge Assessment International Education and aligns with the curriculum 0057 from 2020.
