Book structure:

In this phase, the content themes are based on visits to a digital magazine called Agenda.com. The magazine's various sections provide the impetus and context for the activities and tasks at this level.

The book contains five chapters, each focusing on a theme that provides coherence and context for each activity students engage in, helping them learn to use Spanish. The units include the following types of activities:

Tasks: Activities to achieve a specific goal; learning for action.

Language activities: through oral and written interactions, listening, reading, speaking and writing skills; learning for use.

Learning exercises: where content is presented and practiced; learning.

Reflection activities on learning; learning to learn.

Games or fun activities; learning with fun.
