About the author
Frederick J. Gravetter was Professor Emeritus of Psychology at State University of New York, Brockport. He specialized in statistics, experimental design, and cognitive psychology. Gravetter earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics at M.I.T. and his Ph.D. in psychology at Duke University. In addition to various publications, he was coauthor of ESSENTIALS OF STATISTICS FOR THE BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES. Larry B. Wallnau is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the same institution and has published in the areas of biopsychology and statistics.
