About the author
Wesley R. Browne received his PhD in Chemistry in 2002 from Dublin City University. After research and fellowships in Belfast and Groningen, he has been a Professor of Molecular Inorganic Chemistry since 2015. His research focuses on spectroscopy and electrochemistry of molecular systems, in particular molecular switches and oxidative catalysis. In 2016, he received the Golden Teacher Award from the Royal Netherlands Chemical Society and is a member of several international advisory committees.
