About the author
Lyman Ott earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mathematics and Education from Bucknell University and completed his PhD in Statistics at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute. After a career in the pharmaceutical industry and academic roles, he held various leadership positions in biostatistics and systems improvement. Dr. Ott is currently active as a consultant and advisor.
