About the author
Michael Sales has had experience in international business publications since 1977 and has focused on* since 1990Air Cargo News. This is his fourth book on air logistics. He works with Rotterdam Business School on an Air Logistics course. In addition, Sebastiaan Scholte is CEO of Kales Group and has held various executive roles within the logistics sector and industry associations.
