This innovative course offers you the flexibility to deliver Key Stage 3 Religious Education in your preferred way, both thematically and by religion. InspiRE comprises two parallel sets of books: Themes to InspiRE, three books (one for each year of Key Stage 3) that address the non-statutory Programme of Study in Religious Education through exploration of thematic issues and concepts. Religions to InspiRE comprises seven "by religion" books that illustrate and expand the themes from the perspectives of the UK's major religions. Each book is supported by an accompanying Teacher's Handbook. Each title includes: - A series of lessons in three main themes, each with a 'major task' at the end, which allows you to assess students' progress using the eight-level scale - Motivates and enables all of your students in their learning with differentiated, student-centred activities and a variety of stimulating materials for each lesson - Helps you to teach, plan and assess learning outcomes, whether you are a non-specialist or time-pressed teacher of Religious Education Themes to Inspire Book 2 covers concepts such as: 'Is there a purpose to life?' 'How do people celebrate?' 'Do people have rights?' and 'Are we responsible for planet Earth?'
