Rete!3 is the third and final installment of the new multimedia Italian language course for foreigners, Rete!. With Rete!3, students continue learning the language, building on the multisyllabic approach of Rete!1 and 2. However, the course offers important methodological differences necessary for the transition from an intermediate to an advanced-intermediate level.
Compared to the first two volumes, Rete!3 contains only 10 units instead of 15, making the course more flexible and allowing students and teachers to integrate supplementary texts or learning modules. Furthermore, phonology has been moved to the appendix, allowing students to explore the regional diversity of Italian. Special attention has been paid to authentic texts, primarily literary resources, which have been included to deepen both linguistic and cultural knowledge.
Rete!3 consists of a Classroom Book, a Homework Book, a Teacher's Guide, and audio recordings on cassettes or CDs for both books. Students and teachers can also find supplementary materials online on the dedicated Rete! website.
