Perspectives is a four-part series in American and British English that teaches students to think critically and develop the language skills they need to find their own voice in English. The carefully guided language lessons, real-world stories, and TED Talks motivate students to think creatively and communicate effectively. With Perspectives, students develop an open mind, a critical perspective, and a distinct voice in English. Each unit explores an idea from different perspectives, giving students the opportunity to practice language while seeing the world in new ways. Real-world stories about innovative organizations and global citizens appear in reading and listening activities, offering alternative perspectives on the same idea. Perspectives brings a world of ideas into the classroom by focusing on the unique perspective of a TED Talk speaker in each unit.
