Perspectives is a four-part series in both American and British English that teaches students to think critically and develop the language skills needed to find their own voice in English. Carefully guided language lessons, real-world stories, and TED Talks motivate students to think creatively and communicate effectively. In Perspectives, students develop an open mind, a critical perspective, and a clear voice in English. Each unit explores an idea from different perspectives, giving students the opportunity to practice language while seeing the world in new ways. Real-world stories from innovative organizations and global citizens appear in lectures, listening exercises, and activities to offer alternative perspectives on the same idea. Perspectives brings a world of ideas into the classroom by highlighting the unique perspective of a TED speaker in each unit.
