Business Result is a course for anyone who wants to improve their business communication skills in English. The course offers a wide range of skills useful for effective communication in the workplace.
The course includes video clips for each unit, including documentaries, authentic interviews, and dramatized scenarios, providing insights into business communication practices. You can also use the interactive workbook, available on DVD-ROM and online. This facilitates blended learning or distance learning and promotes communication with students outside the classroom.
This course presents and practices practical and functional language in a work-related context. Real case studies provide authentic and engaging insights into key business issues. Each case study (except for the Starter level) is also commented on by Cranfield School of Management.
